Professional Services Consultant

In this key position, you will be an integral part of our project implementation organization and a customer-facing representative of the company. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project implementation of our innovative solution, in such a way to meet or exceed our customer's reasonable expectations of the solution's technical and business benefits.You are a dynamic and enthusiastic hands-on implementation professional, curious and eager to learn. You possess strong communication skills and can establish and maintain trusted technical advisor references. You are a natural team player, who is comfortable in collaborating with virtual and transversal teams; you have the willingness to travel abroad on short-term assignments and work from customers' office (up to 40%). Maintain sufficient technical capability and best practice knowledge to be able to implement and operate our solution at an advanced level of competency during a project implementation. Design and deploy NetGuardians' solution to the required standard of quality. Understand customer requirements to be able to advise on the best use of NetGuardians' solution. Educate and empower NetGuardians' customers to take full advantage of the solution so that it is fully adopted. Be committed to customer satisfaction and provide them with service level 1/2/3 Actively collaborate with internal teams such as business analysis, sales, pre-sales in Pre-sales activities such as Response to RFPs, and conduct POC related activities as may be required. Your profile Computer science or related degree with at least 4 years' experience in technical project implementation or IT consulting role. Hands-on knowledge of Linux systems. Working Knowledge of scripting languages (python, bash) is a strong asset. Hands-on knowledge and experience of relational database environments and SQL language (Oracle, MSSQL, MariaDB) Knowledge of big data technologies is a plus (Elastic Search, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) Strong problem-solving skills Fluent in English a must, any other languages an asset Knowledge of banking systems and experience in IT banking environment is a plus Application deadline: Applications should be presented by EOD
