JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Manager - Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Learning, the position holder will manage the MPESA & Safaricom Foundations websites and digital content, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data analysis and ISO integration activities (ISO 26000)RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of Safaricom & M-PESA Foundation Websites.Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Assisting the Monitoring and Evaluation team to update the project database, synthesizing M&E data, and review of projects/programme.Preparing final analysis reports for Management to understand the -analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.Supporting the team in write ups for prospect projects that the foundation has interest in and would wish to engage in.Working closely with Digital Transformation Team to identify process improvements opportunities, propose system modifications and device data management strategies.Collating all the required information for the Foundations digital assetsProvide quality assurance of Safaricom and M-Pesa Foundation data.ISO integration activities (ISO 26000).Ongoing employee engagement.QUALIFICATIONSA degree in Information TechnologyProven working experience as a Data AnalystProven experience of relevant IT systemsExcellent Microsoft Power BI & Microsoft Excel capability (Macros, complex queries, etc.)Experience of producing coherent reports to include statistics and graphical analysis of information.The ability to carry out some data analysis would be highly advantageous.Conceptual thinker, ability to wade through data and arrive at conclusions.Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with graphs and trends for ease of understanding.Multitasking and prioritization skills required to function in a fast-paced environment.Professional presentation required.Uphold 100 % accuracy, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver accurate results.Conceptual thinker, ability to wade through data and arrive at conclusions.Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with graphs and trends for ease of understanding.Multitasking and prioritization skills required to function in a fast-paced environment.Professional presentation required.Uphold 100 % accuracy, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver accurate results.
