Qualifications, Skills and Experience Requirements:
A first degree in social sciences/humanities or any other elated "field" from a reputable institution of higher learning
At least 2 years of experience working within the NGO sector or educational institutions
Ability to mobilize diverse groups of community members
Experience in advocacy, partnership-building and networking
Strong facilitation skills including familiarity with training in participatory methods and excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience with monitoring and evaluation and capacity to produce quality, timely reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with significant experience of working with children
Commitment to human/children's rights and an understanding of rights-based approaches; and the application of the same
