Project Funding Analyst

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, actuarial science, financial analysis or other related field.
Project funding analyst main roles include:- analysing of projects needs and risks.

At least 2 years working experience doing project funding co-ordination/analysis.

Responsibilities
• Identify land and housing projects which will attract both internal and external members.
• Design and cost different housing products which will fit different clients.
• Establish good rapport with various stakeholders in the industry.
• Come up with investment memorandums for both the board and external clients.
• Conduct regular market analysis for management decision making.
• Keep up-to-date accounting records of the society and investments including bank and general ledger
• Reconciliations for purposes of preparation of monthly financial reports and audits.

Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 2 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
