Key Responsibilities
•Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
•Resource Coordination: Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including task assignment and workload balancing using integrated digital ecosystems.
•Agile/Hybrid Execution: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, adapting methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to fit project needs.
