QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Com- merce, Economics, Procurement, ICT or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the ICT, Telecoms, or infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated success in public sector engagement, including handling tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets through pipeline management and strategic bidding.
Experience in stakeholder management, working with government agencies, vendors, OEMS, and solution partners.
Experience in preparing winning bids.
