Duties & Responsibilities
Attend all scheduled training days and progress meetings.
Mobilizing study participants as defined in the study.
Consent study participants before data collection.
Carry out data collection activities with target participants.
Complete and submit all data collected within the agreed timelines.
Compiling and submitting daily work progress reports to the immediate supervisor.
Ensuring the safety of all assigned study tools and equipment.
Work full-time on the project for the duration of the study.
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree or Diploma in the field of education.
Teacher professional experience (basic education and or teacher training).
Knowledge and experience in MS Office and electronic data collection platforms.
Experience conducting classroom observations or implementing literacy and numeracy programs will be an added advantage.
Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
