Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and oversee a comprehensive quality assurance framework across academic and administrative functions
Coordinate internal audits, ISO training sessions, and institutional performance evaluations
Prepare quality reports and monitor implementation of improvement plans
Promote adherence to quality standards for both face-to-face and online learning environments
Lead benchmarking initiatives and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement

Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in a Health Sciences-Related Discipline (Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Medicine & Surgery, Pharmacy, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in the same or related area (required)
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in academic quality assurance and coordination
Additional training or certification in Quality Management (ISO/QMS) is an added advantage
Demonstrated experience in internal auditing, institutional reporting, and quality benchmarking

Core Competencies:
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
In-depth understanding of higher education quality standards
High levels of integrity, initiative, and professional accountability
