Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies together with the team so as to achieve the envisioned business growth plan.
2. Develop sales infrastructure and organize the sales team to ensure constant renewal of skills and resources
3. Establish strong sales operating structure, processes and procedures to ensure disciplined market coverage and service levels
4. Be at the fore front in servicing key accounts and identifying growth opportunities so as to increase market penetration and optimize market share
5. Responsible for ensuring a seamless information flow to the prospective and existing customers
6. To introduce a new market entry targeting groups
7. Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies
8. Inspire and instill confidence and productive relationships across the sales team to fast track revenue growth locally and regionally
9. Provide reports to management on growth plan and achievement

Competencies Required
• Minimum Business Degree preferably in Sales and Marketing
• At least 3 years Sales management experience in directing sales Operations with demonstrable successes in leading, building and developing a team.
• Experience in heading insurance sales teams
• Strong understanding of Retail Management
• Excellent communication skills and an astute negotiator
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Great ideas and passionate about entrepreneurship
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work cross functionally
• High level of integrity
• A go getter
• Experience in property and land sales industry is an added advantage
