Duties
• Handling client’s inquiries in regards to college products
• Handle and resolve client’s issues via phones
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Certificate or diploma in customer care or any other related
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
