Key Responsibilities:

Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Process cash and card transactions accurately.
Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Resolve guest inquiries and collaborate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Front Office Operations or related field.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in hotel booking software is an advantage.
Friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
