What You'll Be Doing
Managing full-cycle recruitmentprocesses across our 35+ markets and HQ
Working closely with hiring managersto understand the position, team needs, culture and values
Partnering with different business unitsfrom Operations, to Marketing, to Finance, and many others
Actively sourcing,interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
Representing Boltprofessionally and warmly as the first point of contact
Providing anamazing candidate experienceevery time
Contributing ideas toimprove our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years offull-cycle recruitmentexperience in an agency or in-house
Strong online candidatesourcingskills
Knowledge of key modernsocial media and recruiting channels
Experience closingsenior-levelcandidatesandnegotiating offer terms
Ability todeliver challenging recruitment projectson time
Startup mindsetand hunger to achieve great results
