What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and optimize ATS systems and candidate pipelines.
Use data and metrics to drive recruitment performance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

What You Bring:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ATS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a PEO or multi-site environment is a plus!
