The Regional Change Analyst and Business Transformation Trainer supports the change & deployment activities for these priority projects across a number of countries in one region (in this case, ESA). They work with key stakeholders in the Regional and Country offices to increase understanding of the C&D methodology and its application, support the country offices with each project roll out and consolidation.For 2020 the role will work on change deployment activities relating to the implementation of a global HR system, a global procurement system, a new coding structure, a project management methodology and a global project management/MEAL system.
2-3 years’ experience working of major projects affecting business processes and systems in a large organisation
Experience working in an international and Africa context
Good interpersonal skills, a proven ability to engage stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Willingness and ability to travel within the region for up to 60%
