Regional Manager - Nakuru County

Salary Currency: Kenyan Shilling
Duties:
Recruitment and training of Field Agents
Identify hiring needs, select and train new field personnel
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Support field personnel with day-to-day operations and evaluate individual performances
Report on regional sales results and Forecast quarterly and annual regional sales
Prepare and review the annual budget for the region.
Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Generate funding proposals, reports and publications on impact of technology to MSMEs and SMES
Laisse with donors, funders, NGOs and other partner organisations
Represent the company in meetings, seminars and workshops
Performance based remuneration during probation period with fixed salary plus bonus with successful performance after probation.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Understanding of field operations
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance field team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
