The Regional Sales Executive will be the direct point of contact with customers by increasing sales, selling company products, and marketing strategy and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met.
S / He should know and understand the product / service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.
Represent the company at the designated region.
Source New business for the company.
Submit weekly reports to the Supervisor.
Sell the company’s products to potential clients.
Carry out sales, sourcing activities.
Prepare sales and marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
Push for sales of property within the company portfolio.
Present, promote and sell products / services to existing and prospective customers.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Proactively seeking ways to drive and streamline daily marketing processes and procedures that supports high performance.
Be part of concept development in relation to the market and sales trends, consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits in the real estate industry.
Following through on the sales documentations for clients.
Reach out to customer leads through direct visits and develop their portfolio.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Supply sales manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Minimum Diploma in Sales and marketing
Post graduate qualification in a business related field will be an added advantage.
Should have at least a minimum of two years’ experience in sales and marketing
Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
Knowledge in computer skills including Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Power point and Word, and exposure to other ICT systems useful in sales and client’s management.
