Relationship Officer- Nairobi

The Relationship Officer is responsible for promoting and driving the sales of Loans and other company’s products to existing and potential clients. The Relationship Officer also plays a key role in ensuring delivery of excellent customer service to our clients while observing company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ business related field.

1-year experience as a Relationship Officer or Business
Development officer in a Microfinance or Insurance Institution.
Practical knowledge in Microsoft office applications- word, excel,
publisher and PowerPoint.
Sound knowledge of telemarketing, internet and social
media marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain and develop collaborative and professional
relationships with clients and colleagues.
Excellent Customer Service and telemarketing
Skills.

Responsibilities

o Portfolio Management
o Marketing the company products.

o Appraise clients and vet loan applications for disbursement purposes.

o Debt Collection

o Customer Service

o Performing other duties as may be deemed necessary by the management.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 12 months

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
