Job Description Responsibilities Drive client satisfaction by assisting with analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of data collected and ensure accurate representation of the data in reporting and insights.  Experienced with thematic and content analysis for data extraction.
Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to develop quantitative questionnaires.
Ability to analyze and interpret data in a challenging and insightful manner Proficient presentation development skills to creatively bring data to life with story-telling and attractive reporting to client expectations Efficient time management, ability to multi-task and detail oriented Displays maturity and creative problem-solving skills in handling crises.
Attend fieldwork (in person or virtually).
Assist senior staff in managing the day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating with Project Management team for updates.
Should be proactive in updating/highlighting senior leadership on progress of projects.
Willingness to learn and should have positive attitude towards work.
Disciplined work ethic with respect to client deadlines   Qualifications Minimum 6month to one year experience in quantitative research or statistical analysis Minimum academic qualification – degree Effective communication skills Team player Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to details.
Strong command on PowerPoint Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Analytical, creative and has critical thinking skills.
