Oversee the daily activities of the Reservations Department
Liaise with the Restaurant Manager and assist in the preparation of the checklists
Prepare a monthly calendar of events for the restaurant
Ensure adequate supplies of brochures, and information packages
Liaise closely with the Head Waiter on all information concerning bookings
Act as the main point of contact
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Diploma in Tourism related fields. A university degree is an added advantage
At least 2 years in a similar post
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
