Key Responsibilities
Manage tasks through the company's working/task platform, ensuring timely reservations and follow-ups.
Handle all bookings for both domestic and international flights and trains
Enter and update all booking information on the company system.
Follow up on booking vouchers and auto-release timelines.
Ensure clients' special requests, especially for accommodation and room specifications, are accurate and fulfilled.
Make provisional bookings for guests across various services
Brief tour leaders before safari departures.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to meet company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
A Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations and/ or hotel bookings /reservations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Great communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient in reservation systems and software
