Responsibilities

Based on information gathered from programme sectors and field offices, consolidate donor reports for UNICEF Kenya and review donor reports for clarity and technical accuracy prior to submission.
Monitoring schedule of donor reports, based on information in Insight and internal tracking mechanisms;

Monitoring donor and county government engagements;

Ensuring the timely preparation and dissemination of other mandatory and special reports, as well as briefing documents;

Maintaining a list of pending funding proposals in the pipeline, and scoring them in consultation with Section Chiefs for probability of funding.

The overall framework and direction will be provided by the supervisor. But the incumbent is expected to perform independently and take initiative to inform or consult with the supervisor on problem areas and major constraints.

Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 2 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
