Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the revenue accounting team.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions in accordance with county policies.
Develop and implement revenue recognition policies and procedures.
Review contracts and agreements to ensure proper revenue recognition.
Work closely with administration and Enforcement teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
Monitor key revenue metrics and provide analysis to senior management.
Lead revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly and year-end audits.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor and train junior staff members within the revenue accounting team.

Requirements for Appointment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
