To oversee the ripening process of avocados to ensure they meet quality standards for oil production.
Diploma in Food science technology / Supply chain management or Procurement, or a related field.
Solid and proven leadership skills with ability to coordinate a team, understanding ripening process, cost management delegation of duties and monitoring team performance.
At least 3 years hands-on experience as ripening in charge or supervisor in a busy manufacturing set up.
BCE Driving License and experience in forklift operations will be an added advantage
