This role suits individuals with a strong background in marketing or business, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote software products to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role (experience in software sales is a plus).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
