Job Description

Department:Sales and Marketing
Reports to:Head of Marketing Department

Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing.
• Plan and manage social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies of digital marketing in relation to industry.
• Work with marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
• Follow up with clients to make a sale

Requirements:
• Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Remuneration:
This position will attract monthly retainer of Kshs 15,000 which will be reviewed following successful completion of a three months’ probation and company financial capability, and a commission of Kshs 50,000 per unit sold.
