We are seeking a confident, proactive individual to join our team as a Sales and Social Media Representative.
This role combines outbound sales with digital brand management, ideal for someone who is both persuasive and creative.
Key responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to school principals and heads of institutions
Present and promote our alert system solutions effectively
Build and maintain client relationships
Manage and grow the company's social media presence
Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand messaging
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach and marketing strategies
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills, clear and confident
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
Ability to work within the stated hours consistently
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
Background in Software Engineering or general tech understanding
Experience working with international clients, especially in the U.S. market
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing tools
