Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Administration
i. Assist clients in filling proposal forms
ii. Delivery of documents to clients and partner organizations
iii. Draft administrative letters and correspondences
iv. Organize meetings/appointments internally and with external clients
v. Other clerical work
vi. Set up electronic and hard copy filing systems
vii. Take minutes during meetings
2. Customer Service
i. Develop creative strategies to retain clients
ii. Develop product quotations for new and existing customers
iii. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume sales of prospective clients
iv. Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new sales opportunities
v. Respond to the client queries in a timely fashion
vi. Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists
3. Business Development
i. Cold call clients both individual and organizational clients to generate business
ii. Collect lead lists
iii. Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends
iv. Provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution
v. Consider social media marketing as it can apply to the job
