Organization/Reporting line: Sales Manager
Gross Salary: 15-20k plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
Direct selling of our security solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.
Building relationships with existing referral sources and cultivate new referral sources.
Tracking customer satisfaction and developing a retention plan.
Working to weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
Principal Outputs of this Role:
Generation of new sales opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
Attaining sales targets.
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Results Oriented - have laser focus on getting results for the client/organization.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Report writing skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Preferably Certificate/Diploma in business related field. Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years in Sales with proven record in Business to Business environment.
Previous sales experience of security solutions is a distinct advantage.
Possess excellent sales and negotiating skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
Good organizational skills and ability to schedule and manage their own workload.
Proficiency in computer applications
