Job Summary

A Non-Deposit taking Microfinance based along Thika Road Superhighway is looking for a suitable Sales Representatives to sell the company’s products within Nairobi Region.

Minimum Qualification:Diploma
Experience Level:Entry level
Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements

• Marketing and selling of assigned products using appropriate marketing approaches.
• Customer calls for new business prospects and generation of call reports.
• Follow up of potential customers’ through various forms of communication e.g email, calls, visiting.
• Deals origination & appraisal of clients’ applications.
• Creation of business ideas and opportunities for the company.
• Provide Clients advisory and relationship management services.
• Making recommendations and guidance on company’s products
• Procedure refinement in consultation with the senior management.
• Offer technical support to customers.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualification and Experience;
a. Relevant Diploma or Degree Course.
b. At least 6 months experience in sales, lending or any other related field.
c. Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish new client relationships and generate new business.
d. Basic knowledge on lending / accounting software(s) is an added advantage.
