Identification and prospecting of customers using Channel Approach, emails, cold calling, search engines and own resources to generate potential Funnel
Drive the Qualified Lead to maturity by coordinating with the Pre - sales team and the service delivery team and maintaining proper follow-ups
Handling existing customer accounts as a part of relationship management with clients, on-site client meetings and to travel within the city and within the specified territory as a part of the job
Requirements
Strong Field Sales background in the IT Services industry for 8 - 10 years
Experience in selling software projects/ custom solution for at least 2-3 years
Degree in IT, Sales and Marketing or related field
Should have been working in a similar role at least for the last one year
Understanding of BI, Payment Gateway, Mobile Wallet, Automation, Agile, devops etc.
Ability to hunt for new opportunities and grow the sales pipeline is a must for this position
Self-motivated individual with high energy level, independent execution capability and a zeal for meeting revenue targets
Exercise judgment and business acumen when working with customer executives to address their unique business challenges
Very good Sales skills and experience
Prior sales experience (particularly Channel and/or Direct Sales). Experience in field-sales is must
Knowledge of creation of commercial documents like quotations, proposals, invoices, product and sales presentations, etc. With strong eye for details
Well-spoken with good inter-personal and presentation skills along with excellent client relationship management skills
Responsibilities
Facilitate pre-sales consultation and make product presentation to prospective clients
Develop and nurture leads while maintaining close follow-ups as required for closure
Create and update commercial documents required for sales
Coordinate with the service delivery team for facilitating technical demo for prospective clients
Coordinate with the marketing team for proper marketing communications
Managing and maintaining accounts of existing clients and growing the business by engaging in up-selling/cross selling
Creating status reports for the management and other stakeholders
Stay updated on the technical and market positioning of the product
Gather technical and user feedback from clients and partners regarding the product
Manage Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Order, Payments and Renewal cycles of customers
Should keep sales collaterals and sales deck updated with the latest features and benefits in coordination with marketing team
Maintain an on-going relationship with the customer following the initial sale to identify additional opportunities that extend footprint
