Looking for an assertive, proactive sales manager with proven ability to close sales, acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Promote and participate in weekly work meetings with the team to follow up tasks, results and action plans.
Review the monthly sales performance in collaboration with the team to determine where improvements can be made.
Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement.
Orient new team members.
Explain job expectations and procedures to ensure that new team members understand their respective duties.
Coach and develop the job-related skills of team members to facilitate improvements in their job performance.
Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Ensure that all the team is up to date with trainings, technical and commercial information.
Ensure the facilities management in order to comply with company standards and marketing requirements

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or related course
2-3 years working experience in FMCG is a MUST.
Exceptional communication and customer service
Reporting and presentation skills
Have a valid driving license
Age between 28-38 yrs
