Sales Manager- Acquisitions
Reports to:
Head of Retail Sales
Role Description
The Sales Manager- Acquisition will be responsible for the management and supervision of the Acquisition Tele-Sales division of the Retail Sales Department whose overall responsibility is to oversee and ensure quick and seamless conversion rate of the leads received from Marketing Department.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the Client Acquisitions sales team by developing and implementing the acquisition strategy
2. Setting individual sales targets for and overseeing performance of the Acquisitions sales team
3. Promoting the organisation’s culture and product within and outside of the organisation
4. Prepare and present to the Head of Retail Sales performance reports of the team
5. Running projects based on market analysis and market needs
6. Handling a complete client acquisition process and ensuring a smooth transition to the retention team
7. Provide sales trainings to the sales team
8. Solve clients’ problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
9. Proactively purse new business and sales opportunities
10. Any other role as they may be called upon to do from time to time

Educational/ Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
· Proven track record of positive sales performance
· Has been a team leader or manager at a call centre or sales department for at least 2 years.
The Sales Manager- Acquisition will be responsible for the management and supervision of the Tele-Sales division of the Retail Sales Department
