Job Summary
The position holders will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies for AA Insurance brokers with an aim of ensuring the set sales revenue budgets are achieved.
Minimum job requirements:
For appointment to this position, one must possess:
Diploma or Degree in a Business-related field or its equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing of Insurance products or products in Financial Services Industry.
In-depth knowledge in sales and strong business networks.
Excellent communication skills, high integrity, team leadership and result oriented.
