Key Responsibilities
Establishes, develops and maintains an excellent business relationship with current customers and prospective customers
Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Handling of incoming inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations and bookings with clients;
Communicate and update clients with pending shipments, ensuring that the quality service level promised is conserved during the entire cycle.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints in a timely manner
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely order deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations. Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any business related field
3-5 years of proven work experience in Sales Operation
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
A good understanding of the various sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
