Sales Personel

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling motorcycle spare parts, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.



Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell company products to customers in assigned regions



Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients



Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets



Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries



Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management



Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities



Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required



Requirements:



Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field



At least 1 year of sales experience (motorcycle parts industry is a plus)



Strong communication and negotiation skills



Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Willingness to travel for field sales
