Seeking for sales personnel to increase departmental revenue in Kisumu region and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Job Description:
1.Responsible for following up on shop owners to make their orders in time.
2.Keep excellent relationship between shop owners and Itel TV country dealer.
3.Provide accurate and up to date stock record in every shop in time .
4.In charge of incentive calculation for salesmen in the region.
5.Cooperate with marketing team to organize for promotions from time to time.

Key Performance Indicators:
Achieve monthly sell through target.
Mitigate issues that may arise from either party whenever they arise.
Come up with creative and good ideas to give as feedback to the head of department with regard to improvement in time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder, Marketing management or related course is preferred.
Ability of fluently communicate in English.
Good with Microsoft office software.
Previous experience in the Sales industry is preferable.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Candidate will be required to work in Kisumu town.
