The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of genuine Isuzu vehicle parts, accessories, and service solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored parts and service packages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent product knowledge and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:
Promote and sell Isuzu genuine parts, accessories, and vehicle servicing solutions to both existing and potential customers.
Provide expert advice on Isuzu parts and service offerings, helping customers select the right components and maintenance packages for their vehicles.
Handle all customer inquiries—face-to-face, online, or via phone—promptly and professionally.
Process orders efficiently: check stock, source parts, and schedule services or coordinate delivery timelines.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels for high-demand parts and frequently used service items.
Accurately record inventory transactions and place timely orders to replenish stock.
Collaborate with the warehouse and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through personalized service.
Identify customer needs proactively, offering tailored parts and service packages.
Provide after-sales support, address issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both parts and service packages.
Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, tracking performance against targets.
Upsell additional services, accessories, and related parts to enhance customer experience and vehicle longevity.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Stay updated on Isuzu's product and service offerings, technical updates, and industry trends.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Customer Retention & Support:
Manage customer returns and part/service-related issues in accordance with Isuzu's policies.
Promote loyalty programs, service packages, and incentives to drive repeat business and long-term customer retention.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the automotive or parts/service industry.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle parts, servicing procedures, and automotive systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
Team player with the ability to also work independently.
Familiarity with inventory and service management systems is an added advantage.

Education & Experience:
Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive parts or service sales.
Prior experience with Isuzu vehicles, parts, or service offerings is highly desirable.
