Sales Representative (Internship)

The Sales person will develop sales at Lapaire Clinic, meeting physically with potential customers and handling customer calls. He/she will work closely with Optometrists from the Clinic and will directly report to the Country Director and Shop Manager.
Candidate profile
Background in sales or customer service highly appreciated, however juniors eager to learn and grow quickly are welcome to apply
Highly comfortable working with new technologies, apps and mobile softwares is a must !

Responsibilities

The Sales person will develop sales at Lapaire Clinic, meeting physically with potential customers and handling customer calls. He/she will work closely with Optometrists from the Clinic and will directly report to the Country Director and Shop Manager.
His job will be composed of 3 main tasks
Screening:
- Assist in screening and conducting mobile, B2B and office-based optical vision tests.
Sales:
- Participates in publicity and marketing.- Follow up of new business leads.
- Provides customers with product and process information.- Creates, updates and maintains customer profile records.
- Negotiates prices and packages for and with customers.
Senior sales:
- Trains new staff on optical test technical and sales procedures.
- Inform management of adjustments to be made to make sales better.
Customer care:
- Calls, follow ups and visits customers in case of problems with delivered products.
