Our client is a supplier and distributor of toilet cleaning agents’ across Kenya. They are looking to hire confident, eloquent, self-driven Sales Representative. He will responsible for closing sales, meeting set monthly sales targets and ensuring constant client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Present and promote the company’s products in all areas of the country
Perform need analysis of present and new customers
Maintain and create positive business and customer relations
Achieve sales targets within given period
Analyse sales tracking and potential markets
Handle and present customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products in the market and present competitor information.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
Minimum 1-year experience as a Sales Representative
Valid Driving Licence
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Outstanding relationship management skills and openness to feedback
