A medium size Deposit Taking Sacco based in Nairobi, with countrywide membership invites applications from qualified and competent professional with excellent credentials for the following positions.
Qualifications and skills:
Diploma in sales and marketing or in business related fields.
Proficiency in computer skills and computer applications
A person of integrity, team player and have effective communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively under pressure and on strict deadlines
A good team player
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing
Recruiting new members.
Selling Sacco’s products to member organizations and new organizations.
Preparing marketing reports
Carrying out market activations
Conducting education sessions to members on Sacco’s products and services
Assisting in handling customer complaints and issues.
Ensuring new individual membership documentation is compliant.
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
