Experience helping or leading a start-up into growth-phase sales; we want you to help our scaling efforts
Excellent communication ability, including when under pressure or in a crisis
A record of outperformance in previous roles; this is non-negotiable
An ability to train and nurture team members to bring the best out of them
Experience building and/or running a sales team, including sales planning, territory design and mapping, quota and compensation setting, hiring, and headcount planning is preferred but not required
