Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and penetrating new markets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
