Job Summary

We are seeking to recruit a Salesperson who has I.T. knowledge to manage the shop. This position is suitable for those who can work with minimum supervision and are willing to grow with the company.

Responsibilities
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Resolve customer problems amicably
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets
• Use existing personal networks and social media to market the company products
• Install and configure computers and identify any problems that need resolving
• Open and close the shop at designated times
• Ensure the displays are clean and presentable and items well labelled

Requirements
• Proven work experience in sales
• Prior experience selling computer products - a must
• MS-Office Knowledge
• Presentable and proficient in both English and Kiswahili
• Strong Interpersonal, negotiating and customer service skills
• Time management and Organizational skills
• Management skills, openness to feedback and ready to learn
