Designation: Senior Accountant
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a busy accounting environment
Qualification: ACCA Finalist/affiliate/Strategic Professional Exams Level

Job responsibilities
• Posting of vouchers in accounting software
• Bank reconciliation
• Petty cash and main cash handling
• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts & inter-company transitions
• Suppliers/service providers/customer account reconciliation
• Assist Finance Manager in handling statutory, internal, government and other audits
• Coordinating with Company Secretary for secretarial work
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Ensure compliance of SOPs, policies
• Debtor management i.e. receipt processing, reconciliation and follow up for payment
• Processing of payment to suppliers/service providers and other stakeholders
• Payroll processing and filing of monthly statutory deductions
• Inventory management and reconciliation of physical stock with accounting Software
• Other tasks as assigned

Function and Skills Capabilities:
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Tally ERP an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Should have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Proactive and ability to work well with minimum supervision
