KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Wholesale & LMT Sales Execution: Drive sales targets by mapping wholesalers/LMTs, managing distributors, strengthening customer relationships, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
Product Availability & Market Intelligence: Ensure optimal product range and availability, monitor competitor pricing and activities, and maintain consistent market pricing.
Distributor & Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with distributors, DSRs, and branch teams through regular visits, route accompaniments, and proactive support.
Reporting, Analysis & Risk Management: Track sales performance, analyze market data, share ROI reports, identify growth opportunities, and manage operational sales risks.
Training & Performance Management: Mentor and train DSRs, support distributor sales teams, implement sales programs, and actively participate in performance reviews and development initiatives.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree Business education, Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales or a related field.
Proven experience in Business development, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment demonstrating successful distributor growth
