As a Senior Java Engineer at SWATX, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java applications that drive our initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless integration with front-end systems.Requirements• Proven experience as a Java Developer (5+ years required).• Strong proficiency in core Java, including Java 8 or higher.• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaServer Faces (JSF).• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.• Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs.• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in a collaborative environment.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams is a plus.
