Lead the design and implementation of the project monitoring and evaluation framework as well as the implementation and management of the Foundation's management information system.Ensure the establishment of clear indicators, targets, and data collection methodologies aligned with project objectives and donor requirements.Develop tools, templates, and guidelines for data collection, analysis, and reporting.Collaborate with Project team and partners to identify their M&E related needs and allocate resources accordingly.
