Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business.
Secure international conferences, exhibitions, conventions, corporate events, and incentive travel groups.
Build and maintain relationships with PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers), DMCs (Destination Management Companies), associations, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate clients.
Represent the company at international trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
Prepare proposals, bids, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve revenue targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Identify emerging MICE opportunities through market research.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Develop partnerships with tourism boards, convention bureaus, airlines, and other key industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' hotel sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on international MICE.
Proven track record in securing and managing large-scale conferences and events.
Strong network within international associations, PCOs, DMCs, corporate organizations, and government institutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of global MICE trends and a willingness to travel internationally.
