JOB 14: SENIOR TELLER JOB OPENING
• Assists and relieves in various customer service functions
• Process all cash transactions taking place in the Sacco
• Maintain accurate details of each transaction
• Perform due diligence to member accounts while performing telling duties i.e. verification of key account details.
• Provide award-winning customer service with a positive attitude
• Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and potentially mentor new employees
• Assists in the job training and cross-training of the customer service staff
• Build, develop and maintain partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers
• Perform due diligence to member accounts while performing telling duties i.e. verification of key account details.
• Tally the full cash amount at the end of each day
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
2. Have basic knowledge in computer applications.
3. Between 20 to 30years
