The goalsof the Service and Experience Designer are to create amazing experiences that forge enduring relationships with our member, to ensure all existing experiences and processes have compelling user journeys and to refine existing human-centered design processes and establish new ones that align the organization to be more customer-obsessed.

You have atrack record of designing experiences.It's a huge plus if you are already familiar with existing service design frameworks, but we will also consider candidates who demonstrate a strong intuitive understanding of great experience.
